Interim Application has been preferred seeking stay of the impugned judgment and award dated 15th February, 2023. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for Applicant-acquiring body, on instructions, submits that the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest will be deposited in the Reference Court within a period of eight weeks from today.
