The above Interim Application is filed seeking a stay to the operation, implementation and execution of the impugned Award dated 29th June 2024 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pune ("MACT") in MACP No. 169 of 2015.

In the above Interim Application, an order was passed on 6th February 2025 wherein subject to the deposit of the decretal amount within a AUGUST 8, 2025 Aswale

12.ia.3343.25.doc period of four weeks from the said date, the execution of the above impugned Judgment and Award was stayed. It is not in dispute that the entire decretal amount together with interest has in fact been deposited by the AppellantInsurance Company before the MACT, Pune. 3.

Considering these facts, we allow the above Interim Application in terms of praye clause (a) which reads thus:- "a.Pending the hearing and final disposal of the appeal, this Honourable Court, by an Award of stay, may kindly stay the operation, implementation and execution of the impugned Award dated 29/06/2024 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Pune in M. A. C. P.No.169 of 2015."

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
