By this Interim Application, the Applicant/Petitioner has prayed for condonation of delay of 5 months 29 days in filing the present Interim Application and also has prayed for restoration of the Writ Petition to the file of this Court which came to be dismissed for non removal of office objection by order dated 31st January 2024.

Having perused the averments made in the Application, we condone the MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Date: 2026.05.06 13:23:25 +0530 MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE delay and restore the Petition to the file of this Court subject to payment of costs of M.S.Thatte

2 of 2 3.IA.3379.2026.DOC Rs.5,000/- to be deposited with the High Court Law Library (O.S.) within a period of two weeks from today. The Interim Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (1), (2) and (3).

The Applicant/Petitioner sha ll remove all office objections within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
