By this Interim Application, the Applicant/Petitioner has prayed for condonation of delay of 5 months 26 days in filing the present Interim Application and also has prayed for restoration of the Writ Petition to the file of this Court which came to be dismissed for non removal of office objection by order dated 23rd January 2024.

Having perused the averments made in the Application, we condone the delay and restore the Petition to the file of this Court subject to payment of costs of MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Date: 2026.05.06 13:23:25 +0530 MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Rs.5,000/- to be deposited with the High Court Law Library (O.S) within a period of M.S.Thatte

The Applicant/Petitioner shall remove all office objections within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
