At the request of the Court, the respondent today sought to justify, by filing affidavit, its claim of Rs.1 Lakh per month as a deposit sought to be made in this Court. The said affidavit was furnished to the appellant in the Court, and therefore, the appellant had objected to the same. Liberty to the appellant to file reply to the said affidavit by 24 November 2025.
