By order dated 22nd January 2026 contempt notice was issued against respondent nos. 4 and 5 for non-compliance of the undertakings given to this court as recorded in order dated 18th February 2020. On 25th February 2026 learned counsel for the parties submitted that the parties are making an attempt to amicable resolve the dispute.

Learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions of petitioners submit that the grievance in the contempt petition regarding non-compliance of undertaking is resolved and the payments are already made. He therefore submits that in view of the compliance of the undertakings the grievance in the contempt petition would not survive.

Learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 and 5 confirms that all the payments are made. In view of the aforesaid statements no further action is necessary in the contempt petition. The contempt notice issued vide order dated 22nd January 2026 stands discharged.

The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of. 5.

In view of disposal of the contempt petition, interim application is disposed of as infructuous.
