This application is for setting aside the conditional order passed by the learned Registrar(Judicial-II) on 12th July 2022. There is a delay of one year and six months in filing the application. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that she has explained the reasons for the delay and the steps taken by the applicant to file this application. She submits that the only objection not removed is regarding the filing of the certified copies. She further submits that the petitioner shall remove the office objections and file certified copies within two weeks from today. Page no. 1 of 2

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses(a) and (b), subject to the learned advocate for the applicant removing all the office objections within four weeks from today. 4.
