This is an application by the Petitioner for bringing legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 on record. Respondent No.1 has expired on 21.02.2024 and the application is filed on 10.05.2024. 3.

Learned Counsel appears for proposed Respondent No. 1a and 1b. 4.

Considering the date of death and the date of application, the application is apparently filed in time. Considering the averment in the application, sufficient cause is made out.

Application is allowed. The Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs of Respondent No.1 on record. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of 4 weeks from today.
