The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that steps for taking possession of the secured assets would be undertaken on 15th December 2024.

The learned counsel for the applicants-interveners submits that the interveners have approached the District Court raising a challenge to the order passed by the Trial Court refusing to grant any interim injunction. 3.

be taken on 15th December 2024 subject to there being no legal impediment.

The writ petition is disposed of. In view thereof, Interim Application No.3508 of 2024 is also disposed of.
