Learned Assistant Government Pleader has referred to the affidavit dated 03.08.2024 filed by the Respondent No.10 - Tahsildar. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the flats referred to in paragraph Nos.2 to 4 of the that affidavit being secured assets, their possession have been duly received by the Bank. This statement is accepted.

With regard to the remaining flats of which possession is not taken, the representative of the Petitioner shall apprise the Respondent No.10 of the same within a period of two weeks from today. After receiving necessary details, the Respondent No.10 shall fix the dates to deliver the possession of those flats, in case there is no legal impediment. If any police assistance is sought, the same may be provided in accordance with rules.
