The above Interim Application is filed by the Appellant-wife seeking a stay to the operation of the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 27th March, 2024 passed by the learned Family Court No.1, Pune in Petition No. A/1294/2021.

The learned Advocate appearing for the 1st Respondent-husband sought time to file an affidavit in reply to the above Interim Application. AUGUST 23, 2024 Laxmi

Acceding to his request, we direct that the affidavit in reply, if any, shall be filed on or before 6th September, 2024 and a copy of the same shall be served on the Advocate appearing for the Appellant-wife. 4.

If the Appellant-wife wants to file any affidavit in rejoinder, she is free to do so, on or before 13th September, 2024 and serve a copy of the same on the Advocate for the 1st Respondent husband. 5.

We now place the above Interim Application on board for adinterim reliefs on 20th September, 2024. 6.

In the meanwhile and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the 1st Respondent-husband we direct that the 1st Respondenthusband shall not re-marry, if not already married. 7.

Stand over to 20th September, 2024.
