By this application the Applicant seeks to amend the Petition which is yet to be admitted.

We have perused the Interim Application and on considering the averments made herein, we grant the Petitioner leave to amend the Petition as per schedule (Exhibit A) to the Interim Application.

The amendment is to be carried out and served within two weeks from today, i.e., on or before 6 September 2024. 6.
