We have heard the petitioner in-person as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader. One of the contentions urged by the petitioner in-person is that despite placing on record relevant documents to indicate the impermissibility of undertaking mining operations on Gat No.1046 Village Karanjani Taluka Dapoli District Ratnagiri, the respondent no.3-Collector failed to consider the same that has resulted in passing of the impugned order dated 15/07/2023. In the affidavit in rejoinder filed by the petitioner, these aspects have been highlighted. 2.
