Heard learned counsels for the parties on second appeal. The second appeal raises question of law considering the prayers in the suit. Learned counsel for the respondent however, seeks time to take instructions whether the entire dispute can be worked out. 4.

To enable the learned counsel for the respondent to take instructions, list the appeal on 9th April 2025. 5.

It is clarified that if the parties are unable to work out the dispute amicably, the appeal will be heard on merits. 7.
