This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application to bring the legal representatives of the Petitioner, who has passed away on 8 April 2023, and to bring the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner, on record.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
