This application is for restoration of the second appeal which is dismissed for non removal of office objections. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that all office objections shall be removed within four weeks. He submits that the respondent was not represented when the conditional order was passed. 2.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c), subject to the learned counsel for the appellant removing all office objections within four weeks from today. 3.
