By this Interim Application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 13 days caused in filing the aforesaid Appeal.

Learned counsel for the respondent opposes the application.

Having perused the papers and for the reasons set out by the applicant in the application, we find that the applicant has shown sufficient cause for condoning delay as stated aforesaid caused in filing the aforesaid Appeal.

The application is accordingly allowed and delay of 13 days caused in filing the aforesaid appeal is condoned. 5.
