For the reasons stated therein, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 2.

Necessary amendments to be carried out within one week from today.

Writ Petition No.584 of 2017:

After arguing the matter for some time, parties agree that the impugned order dated 23 March 2016 passed by Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai ("MRT, Mumbai" for short) in Revision

913-wp584-2017 with ia3761-2025.doc Application No.108 of 2014 be quashed and set aside and remanded back to the MRT, Mumbai for decision afresh in accordance with law.

In view of said concession, impugned Judgment and Order dated 23 March 2016 passed by MRT, Mumbai in Revision Application No.108 of 2014 is quashed and set aside. 5.

The proceedings are remitted back to the MRT, Mumbai for decision afresh in accordance with law.

Parties shall appear before the MRT, Mumbai on 23 April 2025 at 10.30 a.m.

The MRT, Mumbai shall decide Revision Application No.108 of 2014 within six months from the date of appearance of parties after granting opportunity of hearing to both sides. 8.

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
