Learned counsel for the Applicants on instructions submits that the Applicants do not press the application. However, the learned Judge be directed to decide L.A.R. No.45 of 2020 in terms of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.3553 of 2024 on 15.03.2024.

By the said order, this Court had directed the District 1/2

24-IA 3914-25.doc Court to hear and decide L.A.R. No.45 of 2020 within a period of eight weeks thereof.

Ms.Devkar submits that L.A.R. No.45 of 2020 has not yet been decided.

In view of the order passed by this Court on 15.03.2024, the learned District Judge is requested to hear and decide L.A.R. No.45 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order, without fail.
