By an order dated September 18, 2025 a Learned Single Judge of this Court was pleased to stay the execution of the Impugned Order, subject to the State depositing the entire awarded amount along with accrued interest with the Reference Court. However, in the absence of a specific deadline set out in the order, till date, admittedly no deposit has been made.

It is directed that such deposit shall be effected within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the stay on execution shall stand vacated.

Stand over to June 10, 2026 to get an update in the matter. 4.

There is consensus between the parties that the First Appeals No.1995 of 2025, 1996 of 2025 and 1997 of 2025 are connected to the same acquisition, therefore identical orders may be passed in the same. By consent of the parties, the deadline for deposit under the earlier orders is aligned with the aforesaid deadline. 5.

Stand over all these matters together on June 10, 2026. 6.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
