This Court on 1 April 2024 passed an order directing SRA to file affidavit regarding rehabilitation of the petitioners in the rehab building. However, learned advocate for SRA states that he has received instructions only in the recess and, therefore, he is not in a position to assist the Court.

Ms. Sabharwal, learned Advocate for respondent No.3 states that she will file reply-affidavit before the next date. 3.
