These interim applications are filed in the writ petitions filed on behalf of the employees and the management concerning the rejection of proposals for approval of appointments. The interim applications are filed on the basis that the Applicant is a member of the Trust and Secretary, thus, raising an inter se dispute as regards the Trust.
