Interim Application has been preferred for adding applicant as party respondent No.2 in disposed of Second Appeal No.690/2014. The contention of learned counsel for the Applicant is that though applicant is the owner of the property by misleading the Court, the Second Appeal came to be disposed of by way of collusion. He submits that in this way fraud has been committed upon this Court and applicant being the owner of the property is required to be impleaded rsk 1 of
