Heard Mr. Cardoz, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants and Mr. Yadav, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent. 2.

In the present Interim Application the relief sought is to condone the delay of 46 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. 3.

Although, Mr. Yadav, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent has strongly opposed the Interim Application, however, the delay is only of 46 days.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) on the condition that the Applicants pay cost of Rs.5,000/- to the Respondent within a period of 1 month.
