Interim application has been preferred for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No. 4. Office noting indicates that notice was duly served upon Respondent Nos.4B and 4C whereas the Respondent No.4A refused to accept and therefore notice was pasted on the outdoor of his house. Thus, service is complete. Today none appears for the Respondents.

For the reasons stated, delay of 664 days is condoned and abatement is set aside. Interim application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
