Interim application has been preferred for bringing on record legal heirs of the deceased respondent Nos.8 and 20 and for deleting the Respondent No.26 as the legal heirs are already on record. 2.

Mr. Dewal appears for the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.20 and does not oppose the application.

As far as legal heirs of deceased respondent No.8 is concerned the legal heirs are minors and without any guardian and notices could not have been issued to the minors.

Let appropriate steps be taken for bringing on record the legal heirs through the guardian of the minors. As far as respondent No.20 is concerned Interim Application stands allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks.

As far as respondent No. 26 is concerned leave to delete Respondent No.26. Amendment to be carried out within a period of 4 weeks.
