CORAM : BHARATI DANGRE & MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, JJ DATED : 12th JUNE, 2026 P.C:- The application seek condonation of delay of delay of 207 days in filing of an appeal against the judgment and decree dated 22/6/2023 passed in Petition No. A-3031/2016 of Family Court, Bandra.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application.

It is stated in the application that the impugned judgment and decree was passed on 22/6/2023 dismissing the petition and it is stated in paragraph no.4 that the petitioner thereafter suffered from depression, as he felt that injustice has been caused to him. In any case, he obtained certified copy of the Tilak

Being satisfied with the bonafides, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay.

Family Court Appeal is directed to be registered. Issue notice to the respondent making it returnable on 9/7/2026.
