Thereafter, the matter was listed on the board of Registrar (Judl. -II) on 07/02/2025 and today i.e. on 23/06/2025. However, the office remark discloses that though the learned advocate for the applicant collected the copy of notice on 05/02/2025 for publishing the same in the newspaper, he has not filed published copy of newspaper. As such, it appears from the record that though ample time and opportunity was granted to the learned advocate for the applicant to publish the notice in daily newspaper and file it's copy on record, the learned advocate for the applicant has not supplied copy of published newspaper in the department. The learned advocate for applicant has filed praecipe dt. 18/06/2025 for extension of time for publishing notice in newspapers.
