Learned counsel for the proposed respondents submits that there is a typographical mistake in mentioning the name of respondent no. 3A.D. He submits that the correct name is Surendra.

Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to carry out the amendments in the title to correct the name of respondent no. 3A.D as Surendra. Amendment to be carried out forthwith in the court.

Learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondent has no objection to allow this application. 5.
