The learned Advocate for the Applicant who appears through Video Conferencing states that the Respondents have been served pursuant to notice issued by this Court. However, none appears for the Respondents. As a matter of last chance, list the proceedings after four weeks. 2.

In the meantime, the Advocate for the Applicant is directed to serve the Respondents by all permissible modes to private service and file an affidavit of service in this regard on or before the next date of hearing. She shall also circulate a copy of today's order to the Respondents.

It is made clear that if the Respondents, despite service do not appear on the next date, the Court will endeavour to proceed with the matter and pass appropriate orders.
