Heard learned Counsel for the parties as well as the learned Counsel for the proposed Intervenor.

The Petitioner seeks an appropriate writ to the Respondents Thane Municipal Corporation ("TMC") to dispose of Petitioner's complaints/representations dated 6th February 2023 and 5th July 2023 expeditiously.

Ms Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the TMC states that the Petitioner's complaints would be disposed of on their own merits and in accordance with law within six weeks that is on or before, 7th August 2024. We direct the TMC should hear the Petitioner and the Intervenor and take a final decision. This final decision must be communicated to the parties on or before 7th August 2024. 4.

If the proposed Intervenor wishes to file a reply to the complaints made by the Petitioner they should do so within a week from today.

Learned Counsel for the proposed Intervenor states the application for intervention may itself be considered as a response by the TMC. The TMC to act accordingly.

All contentions of all parties are kept open to be decided by TMC in the first instance.

This Petition and the Intervention Application are disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order of costs. 8.
