Learned counsel for the Appellants submits that in the cause title of the said order, the other connected Interim Applications are not included. He submits that the order of 30th November, 2023 of Harish 1 of
503-FA-999-2023.doc which modification was sought was a common order which was passed in all three Interim Applications and therefore, the order dated 28th August, 2024 is also required to be passed in all three Interim Applications.

Mr. Bhadha, who appears in-person would oppose the said submission and submit that the matters which were carried to Apex Court regarding the subject matter of Interim Application No. 6803 of 2024 and Interim Application No.6804 of 2024 and not in respect of Interim Application No. 6802 of 2024.

Considering that by the Interim Applications what was preferred was modification of the order dated 30th November, 2023 which a common order. The order dated 28th August, 2024 inadvertently does not mention the other two Interim Applications and therefore, the same is required to be corrected. 6.
The cause title of order dated 28th August, 2024 to be corrected to include the cause titles of Interim Application No. 6803 of 2024 and Interim Application No. 6804 of 2024.

Corrected order to be uploaded accordingly.

List the Appeals on the final hearing board of 21st November, 2024.
