This Application is filed on behalf of the original Petitioner seeking a direction to the Registrar (Judicial) to hand over original documents pertaining to the subject flat to the Applicant (Petitioner). We find that the original documents were deposited by the Respondent with the Registrar (Judicial) as per the Supplementary Consent Terms dated 29th January 2024, on the basis of which the Writ Petition was disposed of on 30th January 2024. Clause - 5 of the Supplementary Consent Terms records that the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court would keep the original documents in safe custody subject to further orders, if any, passed by any Court in that respect.
