Heard Mr. Tungare, learned Advocate for Applicants; Mr. Yogesh Mishra, learned Advocate for Abhudaya Co-operative Bank Ltd. and Mr. Rajadhyaksha, learned Senior Advocate for Respondent No.2. 2.

There are two different sets of Advocates representing Applicant No.1 and Applicant No.2. Hence Applicant No.1 shall be impleaded as Respondent No.3. Amendment is permitted to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.

As delineated in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 19.04.2024, the Administrator of Abudhaya Bank shall be impleaded as Respondent No.3 in order to avert any further issue. 4.

I am also informed that Respondent No.1 - M/s. Radiance Properties (I) Private Limited is in liquidation. Hence leave to amend and implead the Liquidator alongwith M/s. Radiance Properties (I) Private Limited as Respondent No.1 is granted. Necessary amendment is permitted to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification stands dispensed with.

Mr. Tungare undertakes to carry out the amendment forthwith. Copy of the amended cause title shall be served on all the parities by the Applicant in advance.
