Heard on Interim Application No.6847 of 2024, an application seeking condonation of delay of 41 days in filing the appeal against the impugned order dated 23rd October, 2023 2.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties at length. 3.

It is trite law that the expression "sufficient cause" should receive liberal consideration so as to advance the cause of justice. For the reasons given in the application, duly supported BGP.

by an affidavit, we find that sufficient cause for condoning the delay of 41 days in filing the appeal is made out. 4.

Accordingly, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. In the result, Interim Application is allowed.
