The Interim Application is taken out to bring on record, the legal heirs of the deceased sole Appellant, who passed away on 22nd October, 2021. There is delay in filing the Application. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents strongly opposes the Application.

However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 4.

Amendment be carried out within a period of 2 weeks from today. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
