Interim Application is filed seeking restoration of stay order passed by this Court on 21 October 2015 by recalling the order dated 2 January 2024. Heard the learned counsel appearing for Applicant and the learned counsel appearing for Respondents.

Applicant has shown willingness to deposit the entire arrears of amount of rent of Rs.9,75,000/- together with interest at the rate of 8% of Rs.3,05,500/-. He makes a statement that the said amounts of Rs.9,75,000/- katkam 1 / 2

k 4 ia 6865.24 in cra as.doc and Rs.3,05,500/- will be deposited on or before 30 September 2024. Statement is accepted. If the Applicant deposits the amount of Rs.9,75,000/- and Rs.3,05,500/- before the Trial Court, on or before 30 September 2024, the stay order granted by this Court on 21 October 2015 shall stand restored. The Trial Court to accept the deposit. It is clarified that if the Applicant fails to deposit the entire amounts of Rs.9,75,000/- and Rs.3,05,500/- within the stipulated time, the interim order shall automatically stand vacated. Interim Application is disposed of.
