This is an Application praying for substituted service upon the sole Respondent, in which prayers are made for service through pasting as well as service by publication in the newspaper.

Considering the averments in the Application, especially about the Respondent staying at the same address, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) presently. Notice (for pasting) is returnable on 14.01.2025.

It is clarified that the Application is kept pending for consideration of prayer clause (b), depending upon whether the Respondent appears after pasting of notice.
