This Interim Application has been filed seeking amendment of the First Appeal to delete the name of Appellant No. 3 who passed away on 25th May, 2019 and to bring his legal heirs on record as Appellants 3(a) and 3(b).

2. The learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection to this amendment. In any case, this is a formal amendment, and is required to be allowed.

3. In these circumstances, the Interim Application is allowed. The Applicant is permitted to amend the First Appeal in terms of the Schedule annexed thereto. Amendment to be carried out on or before 5th December, 2024. There will be no order as to costs
