Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant in two Interim Applications. He is claiming impleadment in place of deceased Shantaram - Appellant. The rejoinder filed by the Applicant is not there in the file. Let, the Applicant to confirm, whether it is filed and if it is not filed, let it be filed earlier to the next date. 2.

According to learned Senior Advocate Shri.Khandeparkar, though rejoinder is served on him, the genealogy is not part of that rejoinder. Let, the Applicant to serve him copy of genealogy also. 3.

Stand over to 16th January 2025.

The Respondents are permitted to file an Affidavit giving genealogy as per their contention. It be served on other side in advance.
