Heard the parties. After hearing the parties extensively what appears is that now the dispute is only in respect of four stilt parking places. This Court finds that it would in the interest of justice to direct the conveyance as directed by the trial Court by keeping the question of four parking places open to be considered at the stage of final hearing. Till the hearing, the applicant shall not claim any right over the four parking places. Subject to that interim relief is granted by this Court vide its order dated 4th February 2005 stands vacated.
