DATED : 21st MARCH, 2024 P.C:- On 12/1/2024, the application filed in an Arbitration Petition seeking extension of time to publish the award, was dismissed for want of non-prosecution and this has promoted the applicant to take out the present application, seeking its restoration.

On hearing the counsel for the applicant and the counsel for the respondent, I deem it appropriate to restore the proceedings to its file. This shall however, be subject to payment of cost of Rs.25,000/- to be paid to Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr.E.Borges Road, Parel, Mumbai-400012, within a period of four weeks from today.
