DATED : 10th JULY 2024 P.C. :
INTERIM APPLICATION NO.6975 OF 2024 The interim application is to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent no.3, i.e., proposed respondent nos.3(a), 3(b) and 3(c). There is a bailiff's affidavit on record which indicates that proposed respondent no.3(a) has been served but proposed respondent nos.3(b) and 3(c) have not been served. It is recorded that proposed respondent no.3(a), who is the mother of proposed respondent nos.3(b) Gauri Gaekwad
2/2 908.IA-17730-2023.doc and 3(c), refused to accept service on behalf of proposed respondent nos.3(b) and 3(c) on the ground that those two were her married daughters and living with their respective in-laws. Ms. Shaikh states that it is not clear whether the bailiff asked for the current address of proposed respondent nos.3(b) and 3(c) and, therefore, requests the matter be stood over to 24th July 2024. Ms. Shaikh states that in the meanwhile attempt will be made to find out the present address of proposed respondent nos.3(b) and 3(c) for service. The ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till 31st July 2024.
Stand over to 24th July 2024.
