Issue notice to the legal heirs of the deceased-Respondent No.1D as detailed in paragraph 2 of the Application, returnable after period of three weeks. In addition to Court notice, the Applicants are permitted to serve the Respondent No.1D by private notice by all permissible mode of service and to file affidavit of service before the next date.
