A typed motion dated 22nd August, 2024 under the signature of the Applicant in person, is attached to the Court file. The same is

marked as 'X-1' for identification.

In paragraph 4, we noticed a sentence put forth by the Applicant which reads thus :

"4.

That it's also on the face of the records that the instant case is being dealt by the proxy including the Ld. Counsel for the Respondents and it seems that the gravity of the situations is either not perceived properly or pertained to be unaware by the Respondents as one of the Respondents neither appeared before Hon'ble Court Nor filed any affidavit in the instant cases."

In paragraph 5, it is stated that :- "5.

That it would be just proper and appropriate to call all the Respondents to appear in Person Before Hon'ble BHC Mumbai on next date of hearing with their respective says on the compliances in form of affidavits and for further depositions, so as to decide next course of action for early disposal of the case."

The Petitioner in person tenders an apology for having used improper language in paragraph 4 with regard to the learned Counsel for the Respondents and submits that henceforth, no such words would be used. We direct the Petitioner Shri Shaligram Mishra to tender a written apology, on 10th January, 2025.

If such apology is not filed, we would restrain the Petitioner

from appearing in person before this Court.

On the next date, Mr. Shaligram Mishra shall produce the order of the Committee of the Registrars which he claims has already been granted to him to appear in the contempt proceedings before us. 7.

List this matter on 10th January, 2025 in the "urgent orders" category.
