The Applicant in person, Shri Shaligram G. Mishra, has tendered an apology dated 8th January, 2025 in the light of the order of this Court dated 10th December, 2024. The same is taken on record and is marked 'X-2' for identification.

We have considered the contentions of Shri Shaligram Mishra. It 1/2

H. C. Shiv 38.ia7178.24.odt is an admitted position that he is not even the member of the Petitioner Union, much less, it's elected office bearer. He claims that some workers are his members, meaning the Oil Field Employees Association. That Association is also not the Petitioner or the Respondent in the pending Contempt Petitions.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner Union submits that all along, he has been the Advocate for the Petitioner Union. The Union is serious about these Contempt Petitions. He prays that the Contempt Petitions be listed for final hearing. He submits on instructions that Shri Shaligram Mishra has nothing to do with these pending Contempt proceedings. 4.

In view of the above, we find that Mr Mishra is wholly unconnected with the Petitioner Union which has instituted the Contempt Petitions. Mr Mishra is not the member of the Petitioner Union. 5.

The Interim Application No.7178 of 2024, filed by Shri Shaligram G. Mishra, stands rejected.
