Interim Application has been preferred seeking stay to the impugned order on the ground that though the Petition was admitted and the statement of Respondent No. 1 was recorded that no third party rights will be created, subsequently, application was made to the Tehsildar for mutating the name of Respondent No. 1 in the Revenue records.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 1 submits that he stands by his statement that no third party rights will be created and the mutation entry has already been affected in the 7/12 extract which is at page 25 of the reply. He would submit that the status quo as regards the revenue records will be maintained till the Shubham Talle 1 of

In view of this submission read with the order dated 20th August 2022, the Interim Application is disposed of. 4.
The parties to maintain status quo till the Petition is decided, as regards the revenue records and not to create any third party rights.
