This application is for bringing on record names of heirs and legal representatives of respondent nos. 2A to 2C. 2.

As per office remark notice issued to respondent nos. 2A to 2C is duly served. Though served, none appears for the proposed respondents.

There is a delay in filing the application. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondent no. 2 Digitally signed by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date:

expired during the pendency of the petition. The reasons for delay are explained in paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of the application. She therefore submits that there is no deliberate delay and satisfactory reasons are stated in the application. 4.

I have perused the application. Though served none appears for the proposed respondents to oppose the prayer for condonation of delay. I see no reason to disbelieve the grounds raised in the application for condonation of delay. 5.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and for the reasons stated in the application delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer cause (a), (b) and (c).

Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. After amendment is carried out, office shall issue notice of the writ petition to the added respondents. Notice shall indicate that the petition will be disposed of finally at admission stage. Notice in the petition to the added respondents is made returnable on 22nd April 2026.

In addition to the court notice, learned Advocate for the petitioner to serve the added respondents by private service 2/3

and file service affidavit before the next date. 8.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner to ensure that copies are supplied and court notice is served by taking hamdast.
