Interim Application has been preferred for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Petitioner and for condonation of delay of 253 days causing in filing the present application. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that all the Respondents have been served by private notice and affidavit of service has been filed.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Applicants became aware of the pendency of present petition upon being contacted by the advocate on record. He would further submit Patil-SR 1 of

37 Ia-7210-2024.doc that it is for this reason that there has been delay of 253 days caused in preferring the present application. None appears for the Respondents though stated to be served.

For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.5 and 6 of the application, delay of 253 days is condoned. Interim Application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.
