The present Interim Application is filed praying for fixing an early date of final hearing of the above First Appeal No. 1123/2019 at an early date as convenient to this Court.

The learned counsel for the applicant invites Court's attention to an order dated 12 January 2024 by which liberty was granted by the Court to Mayur Adane, PA

16-IA-7217-2024 (C).DOC the parties to move for an early hearing after a period of six weeks from the date of the said order i.e. 12 January, 2024. Having perused the said Interim Application with the assistance of the parties, list the First Appeal for hearing with the Interim Application No. 14114 of 2023 and Interim Application No. 14106 of 2023 on 14 February, 2025.

Accordingly, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
